Curtis,
almost everything on the Spridget is either 1/4 fine or 3/8 fine.
The sway bar bolts are 3/8 fine.  If your car has never had a bar mounted,
you need to chase the threads with a tap.  Paint and crud from 32 years
accumulates in the holes and needs to be removed.

Stainless steel fasteners are NOT strong.  They are not for
suspension use, only for medium load, non-essential application.

Fasteners used on cars are either grade 5 (3 lines on bolt head) or 8 (5
lines on bolt head).  For the sway bar bolts, grade 5 is plenty, but you
can use greade 8 if you want.
Use self locking (nyloc) nuts on the arms.
