Since you're only concerned about tire changing, you can always jack under 
the leaf spring mount in the rear, or the spring saddle in the A-arm in the 
front.  I wouldn't recommend it for high lifts, but it works great to get a 
tire 1/2" off the ground so you can change it.

In the alternative, a 2x4 between the jack and a frame rail in front, or 
the front spring mount in the rear works well.

Just make sure that the jack (and 2x4 if used) will fit under there if the 
tire is >flat<.  If it just barely clears when the tire is inflated, you 
could be severely inconvenienced if you actually had to change a flat.
