Mark, In PA there are two types of plates that are supposed to be limited use plates - Antique and classic. Be careful, Antique plates here can not be used after dark. Classic plates are also a lifetime plate but have less restrictions. Also be careful what you decide as some Insurance companies limit the mileage on certian types of plates, this could get sticky if you were to have a claim.....but then the speedo might not work either......
