I drive a MkII - not as sexy as a bugeye, but I love her.  She doesn't have
roll  up windows or door locks and that's part of her appeal.  I don't care
how long it takes me to put the top on, and it's actually quite warm in the
cabin.  Of course Ted, your wife may vary!  :)  Now my husband, that's
another matter - it's a lot of fun watching him squeezing in and out of the
car!  And he just smiles when I tell him I want a bugeye as well.
