Evangelos,

Did they take apart the front u-joint? If they did, and put
it back together with the grease zerk in the wrong quarter,
you would certainly get noise as you described.

I would imagine if you did not mark the prop for refit,
and got it one or 2 quarters off, the worst that would 
happen would be out of balance, but not a scraping noise.
