I had strange acting front signal recently, turned out to be a bad ground.
Yours' is opposite my problem, more like a short where wiring is grounding
out! Drive any screws or twist any bolts or nuts recently across the front
grill?

Hold your guesses on the signal ... this just in. It's wierder, but I
should be able to figure it out. It seems to be local to the front signal.
I got it working ... but it only works with the lense off ...

... and it is the amber that flashes ... when the lense is off. The clear
one was flashing when I was taking the clear lense off. Then when I took
the amber lense off and began to remove the signal bulb, the clear stopped
flashing and glowed brighter (when I push in on the signal bulb). I
repeated this 2 or 3 times with the same results. Then I took the bulb out
and checked it out visually. Looks okay! Put it back in and it starts
flashing. Wonderful! Test a few things and then turn out the lights and
put the lenses back on. Last test. Doesn't work! Take the clear lense
off. Starts flashing when I take the inner amber lense off. I wiggle the
bulbs around to see if they will go out with shaking, but they continue to
work. Put the amber lense back on and then get the clear in place and put
in the first screw ... no signal. Wife calls ... it's 'help get the kids
ready for bed' time.
