They do this where I work and we go to the labor relations court and we are
paid for not doing the work because they pay outside contractors an hourly
rate of $ 75.00 an hour to do work we do for around $25.00.
Then they say its because they do it faster, We use the some times,
then they also pay to ship the vehicles to the vendors. This is just a way of
paying the big money political contributors back. Send them the civial
servants work, pay them 3 times what the job cost and say its because
its cheaper and faster. All lies. We do it cheaper , faster and with almost
no returns as opposed to 75% failure rate by the vendors. Post office and
most other civial servents are blamed for everyones graft and greed, Funds
diverted to other goverment and state projects and then blamed on the civial
