No hoax.
The Concours Registry publishes a document for Concours standards for the MKI 
-IV Sprites.  Although the midgets aren't included in the standards, much can 
be extrapilated from them.  To order a set of standards with corresponding 
scoresheets i'll have to get you the address for Walt Blanck in I think 
Illinois.  The cost is $25.00/
We haven't undated it since last year but it's still a pretty good document.
