Hi Richard,

The Front Pully nut is standard thread. Clockwise to tighten;
anti-clockwise to undo.

You are lucky to have an air tool. The first few times I had to
remove those bolts, I had to use a cold chisel and lump hammer!
It worked, but it did a lot of damage to the edges of the bolt, which
then had to be filed level later. Eventually, I got the proper socket.
