What year is my Bugeye?

Listers,
Just bought a Bugeye that has been stored for many many years and need to
know what year it is.  The title issued is blank in the year model section.
 The commission number is AN520769.  I know that imports were usually
titled in the year they were sold, but is there a way to tell what year it
was manufactured?  Any help would be appreciated.
