Ditto.  I also retorqued the head after running in the
cam.  Frank Clarici also told me "don't be wuss -
drive the hell out of it."  From previous experience,
I preferred the more conventional method Mike
detailed.  Also try not to keep it at a constant RPM
for long periods of time.
