I have a question concerning the am/fm radios that
were installed in the later Midgets.
The wires on the back have the following colors and I
need to know the wiring scheme: Red, brown, grey, grey
with red tracer stripe.
The grey looks to be soldered to the case so I would
guess ground.
The red I would guess is power...It creates a circuit
when it's turned on(by the power knob) with the grey,
brown and grey/red.
The grey/red I am guessing is the speaker.
The brown I'm guessing is another power but it makes a
circuit with the red when the power is on or will also
make a circuit with the grey and the grey/red when the
power is turned off.
Does this sound correct to anyone?
