I remember having that problem quite some time ago, and went out and looked
at the car to try to remember how I solved it.  If memory serves me
correctly, the #1 solution is actually to replace the spring washer and
nylock nut so that the visor is tight.  This prevents the visor from
flopping loosely about.  Next, replace the old spridget stupid rubber things
with new triumph stupid rubber things.  They get old and stretched out over
time, and the triumph ones are deeper.
