Hi List!

OK, I believe I have a way to make everyone happy with any submissions to
PDLJMPR.

There are two cases - people who want to retain publications rights, and
those who don't care. I think I can accomodate both.

Case 1: Give permission for PDLJMPR to publish - but retain your rights to
the article and photos.

After WE HAVE BOTH AGREED on the content, and you are ready for FINAL
submission - place the following at the end of your text, and send your
submission to pdljmpr_web_magazine@yahoo.com. DO NOT SEND photo attachments
without permission.

"I hereby give non-exclusive Internet publication rights to the publisher of
PDLJMPR Web Magazine, for the preceding article and photos. Copyright <your
name><year> Further publication queries, e.g. club magazines or professional
publications should be directed to the author at <your e-mail address>"

I will publish this text at the end of your article.

Case 2: Give up your publication rights to PDLJMPR.

After we have agreed on the content, and you are ready for final
submission - place the following at the end of your text and send your
submission to pdljmpr_web_magazine@yahoo.com. DO NOT SEND photo attachments
without permission.

"I hereby transfer all publication rights regarding the preceding article
and related photos, to PDLJMPR Web Magazine.
<your name>"

I will then place the following statement at the end of your article, when I
publish it.

Copyright PDLJMPR Web Magazine, <year> Further publication queries, e.g.
club magazines or professional publications should be directed to
pdljmpr_web_magazine@yahoo.com"

-------------------

I should tell you I am juggling a lot of e-mail accounts right now. I ask
you to accomodate me regarding the following:

For those who want to send me personal messages - please send them to
lmyer@sprynet.com. This is my primary e-mail account, and I check it very
often.

I use lesmyer@geocities.com to receive the spridget list, and personal
messages sent here may be deleted without ever being read (expecially when
the subject line remains same as other messages from the list). Often I
simply don't have the time to read all of them.

For PDLJMPR related mail - please use pdljmpr_web_magazine@yahoo.com I'll
check it on weekends.

Unimportant personal e-mail (such as jokes, etc) should go to
lesmyer@geocities.com

This allows me to choose the type of mail I want to read and/or work with -
helps me to sort it.

Best regards,

Les Myer
