Allen,
Does your car have an EGR Counter? This thing is
mounted under the bonnet to the pedal box, has a white
and Brown/white(If I'm remembering the colors
correctly)wires to it, and your speedometer cable runs
through it. These wires were the cause of a fire in my
car, previous to my purchase but was found when I
removed the dash (Melted main harness). Needless to
say, they aren't part of the new wiring scheme. :o)
