Dan,

I'm not familiar with the Mini Mania front conversion, but I think this is
one of the better types as it doesn't rely on the stock shock for the upper
mount. You should be able to pick up the front disc brake setup (or the
whole front suspension for that matter)from a wrecking yard or swap meet. I
saw at least one or two complete setups at the last Minia Mania swap
meet.Discs and calipers are easy to come by new if needed. Spax makes a
adjustable rear tube shock conversion available from the usual suspects. I
have a friend who has them on his Bugeye and loves them. I have a couple
sets, but haven't installed them yet.
