2.5 full turns down from all the way up.
(15 flats of the nut)
This should get you close, then turn each carb nut up or down 1/4 turn
at a time and see if it smooths out. 
We all have our own exhaust gas analizer, just stick your face near the
tail pipe, if you eys burn, it's too rich, if it chokes you, it's too
rich, turn up the nuts.
