Same goes for wattage.  When does cop ever pull you ever over and see "Gee 
those headlights look awful bright, must be at least 60 watts over the legal 
limit, maybe I should get out my lux meter, take a reading and using my 
pocket calcator convert lux to watts using ohms law"
