I work for an automtive manufacturer
We use  nylon and polyester -nylon blend braided abrasion resistant sleeves
They are available in roll form from two or three manufacturers

inside diameters from 1/4 inch to 1 1/2 inches

We use black but with plastic any color is available

Looks great covering wires
also looks pretty cool with the hot rod crowd slipped over hoses
