Cannot see any difference at all. Can't remember ever having an original
cast Midget pulley. Lots of cast Ital and Metro ones in the garage. They
use the same timing cover, same seal, same dimension crankshaft nose, same
bolt, same belt, same locktab, same nut etc etc.
