It sounds like a hydraulic problem.
Either the master cylinder needs a new seal, or the slave is leaking.
But you said no leaks. Pull back the dust cap in the slave, if no fluid
comes out, it's master time. If fluid, even a little, comes out, it's
slave time.
But I would do them both to save agrivation next month when the other
cylinder goes.
Try slowly pumping the clutch, if this helps, it is definatley
hydraulics.
