Oh!  I didn't understand that he had already painted it.  Thought he said he 
was preparing the primer and sanding it off, then wanting to get the dust off 
the car.  Of course, unless you are a numchuck, you will allow the dust to 
settle before painting.
Personally, I would roll it outside to dust it off with the air nozzle,then 
roll it back inside to Acryli-clean, then tack cloth it, then paint it.    If 
immediatley following with a coat of paint, I liked Gerald's idea of 
vacuuming the dust off, then following with a tack cloth.  But even a vacuum 
will stir up some dust that must settle and be wetted down before painting.
