Rings Seated?

I'm going to Buttonwillow this weekend and they are going to let me on
the track with my Bugeye (woohoo)!  I've only put about 300 miles on the
engine since the rebuild and was wondering, how long does it take for
the rings to seat?  Think it would be O.K. to get a little spirited out
there this weekend, or should I still be babying it?
