Keith Briggs makes a gadget out of tubing and an old (slightly narrower)
socket with a bolt running through. You place the E-clip against the inside
of the tubed part and tighten down the socket, with the bolt, intowards the
cylinder As the bolt runs into the cylinder, it drags the E-clip over the
end of the cylinder until it pings into position.
Daniel's big brakes use the same sort of system as the Frogeye.
Riley/Sebring ones are even better/easier.
