I have been getting the same message for the past few days, always with what 
appears to be a .doc file attached.  Since I won't open any unsolicted 
attachment, they have just gone in the trash.  I knew it was "possibly" a 
virus, now it is confirmed.

The link that Ed sent, http://www.umich.edu/~virus-busters (Thanks, Ed!), 
says that the virus attaches itself to a file in your document folder and 
sends the document with it.  That is why everybody is getting familiar 
sounding attachments, but all different ones.  There is a security issue 
here, because it actually is sending your document.

In other words, DON'T OPEN UNSOLICTED ATTACHMENTS!
