69 would have the 3.9 unless someone changed it out.  They are marked on the
outside on the top, just off center on a bit of a boss area with the tooth
counts.  A 3.9 would have 10/39 stamped on it.  Hard to see but with a mirror it
works.  Wire brush there first, of course.
