RE: More Black Tuesday (No LBC)

As a pilot, I know that All Air traffic , not just commercial, ALL traffic
is grounded. In Sacramento, ATC instructed all traffic to land ASAP. I was
listening on my handheld as they told a Cessna 150 to turn around and land
at the nearest field. The FAA has called all small Airports and told them to
close. 
 My Dad lives at a small Airport outside of Las Vegas and he got the call
this morning from the FSDO to close the runway and prevent any departures.
