You should begin with putting your name or a "handle" to your email address
and remember to use a subject title. Your email appears as a completely
blank line in my list. With 50 plus messages a day your messages are more
likely to be ignored or deleted this way. Also, tell us where you are
located. People in your local area may offer  "hands on" help.

That said, are you sure the distributer drive gear or timing chain was
installed properly? Sounds like you might be one tooth off in one or both.
If you are sure that was done right, have you set the timing correctly?
