This is from when I towed it to Ft. Worth after I had stripped it down for
painting. I did not have a trailer available at the time. Later, when we had to
repaint it due to improper prep on the car, I had it done locally. Early
February, early morning, snow on the ground. I had the car stripped again except
for the seat so that I could drive it the 5 miles to the shop. Snow on the
ground, a norther coming out of Oklahoma, (thanks Charlie, now I know who to
blame!) no windscreen, and a short stint on a 70 mph stretch of road. I had my
windscreen in the passenger footwell in case I got stopped, I needed to be able
to show my tag and inspection. What was worse is I had on a ski mask with the
holes for the eyes and mouth, black gloves and hauling ass to get done and out
of
the cold. I am so glad I didn't get pulled over!!
Even in Texas this is unusual to see on the road.....................
