Seeing as how I am overwhelmed with books and journals trying to get my
research done, could someone direct me towards how to access the other lists
to further this effort. I just do not have the time for another week or two
to figure out how to garner the support needed to present an argument to MB.
But armed with support from this list and the others a more substantiated
appeal could be presented to MB in an effort to sway his decision. If I got
a web site set up for the voting would that work better. Requirement to
vote would be membership on one of the lists, no duplicate votes could be
cast through internal controls in the web page design. Voter identity will
remain confidential, if needed I can enlist the help of a third party so
that way there are no conflicts of interest here and no one except the
neutral third party would know who cast yes or no votes. At the end of a
stated deadline voting will cease and within a couple of days results will
be posted. Then everyone will know if the support is there to contact Mark
in regards to his decision, as ultimately, the decision does rest with him.
Does this sound like a viable means of Democratic decision making. And
NO!!!!!! there will not be any reenactments of Florida Voting Laws. Once a
box is checked and submitted there will be no recounts or re-votes because
of hanging chads or dimples.

So if this sounds like a more Democratic means of (1) Getting ED back or (2)
continuing his exile , let me know. I have a friend that can possibly do
the web page design.
