Fw: Update on my Midget

The first part of this message is that I found a new tailpipe extension in
my Midget's trunk (along with 1 wire wheel - where they came from who
knows!) and thought my problem was solved, but then pulled up behind the
midget and saw this really ugly looking muffler (all rusty and yucky)
hanging only about 3" off the ground.

Rest is self-explanatory below.
