Considering you mostly described the cosmetic condition and haven't said
much (unless I missed something) about the mechanical condition, it's a
little difficult to say, but my impression from your remarks is that it's
pretty high. Consider the cost of what you'd have to do to make it suit
your desire and add that to your purchase cost. I think you'll see that the
$3500 to $4000 range (which you will easily hit with repairs and upgrades)
should buy you a very nice car. Given the cosmetic condition you describe,
it better be near perfect mechanically for that price.
