A friend of mine just purchased a new bumperette for his Bugeye and the
metal is much thinner than original. It remains to be seen whether the
chrome will hold up. I expect that there are a number of Listers who have
extra bumperettes that need to be rechromed (I'm one). You'll also see used
ones on eBay. Good luck.
