Hi Larry,

Regarding what you're seeing at the fuel pump pads, what I think you have
observed are crankcase vents. This is commonly done when extra vents are
needed or the timing cover vent is not used. Please clarify if that is not
what you're after. You should not have any trouble doing that yourself,
just watch ewgere your metal is going. Is yours the type where the casting
is closed? Some 1275's have an open casting in which case you can make and
tap a blanking plate.

Send any pics that have any interesting detailed stuff.
