You will notice that the "refund check" was sent so long ago (not!) that he
still has time to cancel it ... methinks I side with Jay on this one. The
guy didn't think he got enough for the car so he wanted to try again. I
can't necessarily argue with him, but it is against Ebay policy and next
time he should think through the minimum bid and reserve price options.
