Jackson,

Despite having replaced the cam "in car" once... you might consider another
option. Harbor Freight has an electric hoist, on sale now for $79 that is
perfect for pulling Sprite motors (and trannies). Very small, easy to store,
and, de[pending on your garage, easy enough to set up for a quick motor
pull.
