Rats!! Take a look at the fuel level setting
and make sure the needle valve is seating
to the fully closed position. Close it manually and try blowing from the
fuel
entry end to make sure it does positively
shut off when in the closed position.

Hopefully it will be one of the aforementioned culprits and the job will
be done...fingers crossed.
