Hey Robert,

I had LASIK done on both eyes back in January of 2000. It was the best
thing I'd ever done! No more waking up and fumbling for glasses, no more
problems with night vision.

In one eye, I now see 20/15, and in the other, 20/10! I had no side
effects, and was extremely happy with the outcome.

But do take the time to get evaluated by at least two or three doctors. I
too echo the sentiments to steer clear/research thoroughly the bargain barn
offerings. Some people just aren't suited for LASIK, and once the procedure
is done, it can't be undone. You want to find out if you are a good
candidate before hand.

Greg

I know Allen, I sould have checked the web first...but I was wondering if
any Spridgeteers have had the Lasix eye surgery done, how they fared, and
their long term satisfaction with it.

I am planning on doing this shortly and thought I'd ask the most wide spread
group I know.
