funny you should ask?  not just speed to be considered but the overall
weight and the inertia it carried!    trains are a very difficult thing to
controll when a locomotive or locomotives are connected let alone as a run
away bunch of cars!   not to mention any grade being thrown into the
equation?

can you say dynamic braking?   oh yeah! i forgot i'm not supposed ta know
anything about this stuff......i'm a car guy!  ;)
