But what's the significance of it being Carribean? Other that the fact
that cars like these are still daily transport in Cuba?

I'll try that. Actually, the hood looks like it might be from a 50's era
Packard. If this is a Caribbean convertible, It would have significant 
value. Would have considerable value even it were a regular convertible.
