I would add:

Some soft tying wire
A tube of silicon gasket sealer
2 or 3 yards of "smoke sealed" electric wire
Some zip ties
A small plastic bag containing a few assorted nuts & bolts.
A canister of tyre sealer/ inflator  ( I haven't actually carried a spare
for over 10 years)
