i recommend logging on to those sites and changing your email address
in such a way that the bots cant understand it
(lbc AT lilbitcountry DOT com or something to that extent)
it is very easy to harvest email addresses from plain html pages and is
often problematic to put your website on one. more so than any other
way this is how you get on spam lists.
