I am not sure you could fit 175/60's in the rear wheel arch or a SWA 
Midget, but my guess would be yes. It really depends on the wheel you 
use and the offset.

I have been working on my own design for rear disc brakes and think I 
have come up with a solution that will include a parking brake. If it 
works out well and there is enough interest, maybe I'll market a kit. 
My design would work for either disk or wire wheels and would easily 
installed.

For the quarter windows, I'd try phosphoric acid first and then some 
Mother's polish. If it's not pitted too badly, they'll clean up fine. 
I would use steel wool as it will permanently scratch the chrome.
