Don't feel too bad, Bill. While using my "portable"
lift last year, the overhead section swung down and
"bonked" me on the top of my head. I don't know what
was more humiliating, the six staples they put in my
scalp or the nurse asking me if I was a victim of
domestic abuse and whether I felt "safe" at home.
