As an addition.  there is a very short 7/16 bolt, I believe, that is
specifically for that purpose.  On most of the Spridgets that I have parted
out the ground wire has been on the angle bracket that actually holds the
strap for the tail-pipe from the lower bellhousing flange and to the captive
nut with short bolt on the underpan.
