What does the engine builder or mileage have to do with oil pressure less than
book
spec., Sir William???

Your machine is speaking to you in
accordance with"the book", irrespective who built it and it's time/mileage in
service....

It's a machine....a mechanical device made up of mechanical parts (which the
engine builder did not manufacture) any one of
which are subject to failure at any time,
inclusive of the "indicator".

Whether you appreciate the foregoing or
the well-intended "heads up" is a personal
choice...for which I have loads of respect. :):)
