Phil

1275 dipsticks are 9.5" from bottom to sealing lip.
This is longer than the 948 stick which is 7.75" but the 1275 also uses 
a 1.25 plastic spacer on the top of the block flange.
So if you have that plastic spacer tube, 9.5", if that tube is missing, 
7.75"
