Not to mention that the Mi description is pieces taken directly from the Tx
description. Yet the Mi car is the one Inspected. So that leads to the
question Inspected by Whom?

It may be a different car, but why would the pictures be taken in front of
the same hedge, when the cars are supposedly in MI & TX?  That's a long way
to go for a photo op.  It's also a bit odd that the mileage is identical.
