The clear choice here is media blasting.

In fact, I would advise throwing a additional fine sand or glass bead 
material directly onto the finish paint job. This prevents the babe that 
lays on your car when posing for a photo from sliding on your nice paint 
job with her studded jeans. With the added grip, she stays right in place.
