there is no way any of these charletons is gonna vote for a meaningful campaign 
finance reform bill to the extent required to
REALLY return the voting process to the
taxpayor.....'cause it just ain't in their personal best financial interests to 
do so.

And herein resides the "Enemy Within" and
the decay in "quality" it's brought about.
